Support Scope

  • Help with Mind Map Builder documentation, app usage, import/export behavior, browser issues, bug reports, feature requests, and service questions.
  • Routing for accessibility feedback, privacy requests, deletion/export questions, security reports, responsible disclosure, DPA requests, and BAA requests.
  • Client-service support may follow separate contracts, statements of work, support plans, or escalation procedures.

Response Expectations

Support is reviewed as quickly as practical by the Mind Map Builder operating team. Client services, paid engagements, security coordination, DPA requests, and BAA requests may follow the response process in the applicable written agreement. Emergency and urgent safety needs are outside the scope of website support.

Bug Reports and Feature Requests

When reporting a bug, include the page or feature, browser, device, expected behavior, actual behavior, steps to reproduce, screenshots if safe, and any console errors. For feature requests, describe the workflow you are trying to complete and why the current tool does not cover it.

Privacy, Accessibility, Security, DPA, and BAA Requests

Email [email protected] or [email protected] and include the request type in the subject. Do not include secrets, credentials, PHI, regulated health data, or confidential client materials unless a secure intake path has been confirmed. Do not use this website, application, dashboard, form, or service for medical emergencies, safety emergencies, crisis situations, or urgent support needs. For emergencies, contact local emergency services or an appropriate licensed professional.
