Business Associate Agreement

BAA Availability

Audia Systems LLC maintains a Business Associate Agreement template for eligible healthcare, research, clinical, and covered-entity clients. When a service relationship involves Protected Health Information or HIPAA-regulated workflows, a BAA may be executed before PHI is processed, transmitted, stored, or accessed through Audia Systems LLC services.

Important Limits

• This page is informational and is not a signed Business Associate Agreement.
• Audia Systems LLC does not claim HIPAA compliance for every website, prototype, dashboard, app, API, or service by default.
• PHI should not be submitted through general contact forms, general email, prototypes, or unapproved workflows unless a BAA and approved secure workflow are in place.
• BAA available for eligible HIPAA-regulated workflows, subject to review of scope, controls, data flow, hosting, access, retention, and operational responsibilities.

Requesting a BAA

Eligible clients may request BAA review through Contact or Support. Include the organization type, workflow scope, data categories, systems involved, expected users, and whether PHI will be processed, transmitted, stored, or accessed.
