This policy applies to Mind Map Builder websites, applications, APIs, PWAs, dashboards, mobile experiences, prototypes, and client services where Audia Systems LLC, DBA Bailey Enterprises operates or supports the service.

- Account data if accounts are offered, including login identifiers, profile information, preferences, permissions, and authentication records.
- Project data, mind map content, uploaded files, attachments, imported JSON, annotations, configuration records, and client-provided materials.
- Technical logs, device and browser information, IP addresses, request metadata, error records, security events, and service diagnostics.
- Analytics, cookies, local storage, session storage, preference data, feature usage signals, email communications, billing or service records where applicable, and support history.
